Hi, Futurology! I'm Pax and I've brought in Kara Danvers from the CBS/CW series Supergirl. She is a cross between an actual cinnamon roll and someone who looks like a cinnamon roll but could actually kill you. Kara is generally nice, caring and painfully optimistic--but she also has baggage after losing her world and it's given her a pretty bad temper.

She's from near the end of episode 1x20, when she was hefting an entire space station/prison up into outer space to save the world from a killer soudwave.

Good morning, Futurology! My name is Leah, and today I'm bringing you guys a a 90s dub anime villain trapped in the body of a thundercat. Here's some footage of her dramatically sinking into the ocean in an attempt to intimidate two prepubescent children.



This is Jasper, from the cartoon Steven Universe. She's a beefy 5.5k year old rock alien who works for an evil rock empire, treats everybody around her like garbage, and respects nothing but strength and power, until that strength leads someone to actually beat her at which point she becomes the sorest loser in the world. She likes fighting, winning, being overdramatic, and long walks on the ocean floor. She hates earth, failure, weakness, deviations from her dystopian society's rigid social roles, and anything that challenges her extremely volatile sense of self-worth. I'm taking her from the episode Earthlings, when she's losing a fight to SPOILERS but before she SPOILERS, so she won't be happy to be here, but she wasn't going to be happy anyway. Fortunately, as long as she's got her brute strength and sparkling personality to fall back on, nobody else on Audentes will be either!

I'm bringing you gwen stacy from that universe in which she was bitten by a radioactive spider rather than peter, making her spider-woman! this…is also one of the very, very ( oh so very ) few universes in which she isn't fridged off a bridge ( her words ) so she is both a) old hat to this visiting new universes thing and b) already aware her life is a giant cosmic joke. she…takes it pretty well all things considered.

I'd like to apologize from now if/when she ever gets a drum set because she's a great percussionist, but she also subscribes to the "play as loudly as possible" philosophy. animal is, in fact, her spirit animal.

HELLO. My name is Alison and I am 100% new. Today I offer you a tiny nerd: Vaughn from Tales from the Borderlands! If you haven't played the game (which you should!), he is a talkative, excitable accountant who winds up in way over his head (insert short joke) when he and his BFF's attempt to get revenge on a coworker goes very wrong. Thus he's forced to pull his shit together to survive on The Worst Planet Ever, insecure and panicky though he may be. Needless to say, there's a lot of screaming involved and I don't expect it'll be much different here. Hooray!

Also he's inexplicably shredded and likes hugs.

Hey Futurology, this is Kam bringing in a second character-- Darc, from some PS2 game that no-one has played, Arc: Twilight of the Spirits. He's a Deimos/human halfbreed from a society who're all pretty obsessed with power and violence, and as such he can be kind of blunt and come off as arrogant, but he's also much more emotional and trusting than a full-blood Deimos so do not be deceived. He has a little bit of a chip on his shoulder about his mixed heritage and humans aren't his favourite kind of people, but I'm bringing him in from end game so at least he's worked through the worst of his issues and will be prepared to give people a chance.

Just as well, because he doesn't have a choice.

Hi Futuro! Another newbie on the newbie train here, my name is Jayes and I'm bringing in an OC called Lapis Fathalla. She comes across as a lineface who is super calm, but is actually a huge nerd who is basically just super awkward and actually pretty sweet. But also kinda rude and a troll sometimes too, because what is manners.

She's also a powerful spirit medium, and has one of her ghost buddies tagging along with her too. He's a grump who hates everyone so he's unlikely to bother other characters unless Lapis tells him too. Luckily she is at least aware most people don't like ghosts, so that probably won't happen.
