As of Urahara's post, we have a player plot that will be occurring throughout the month, meaning it is not beholden to the two day window between the current log and the log on the 12th. It's an ongoing plot that people can participate in throughout at their leisure!

The plan is simple, using the chips that Urahara (with Catherine and Rost's help) created, those who volunteer will sneak into Drakstaden Democratic Complex, Prime Minister's Residence, or any other location they wish to bug, and place the chips on the Roombas and Tidy-Bots already in place. This will continue the spread of leaked information that will incriminate the higher-ups and get them to start turning on one another. The hubbub from the mass arrests and the leaked footage should make for a good distraction to further tip things over the edge.

Urahara will encourage groups of 2-3 to go together so that someone can bug the Roombas, while the others watch their back, and allow them to complete their work unhindered. The chips are user-friendly, so you don't have to be an inventor to place them.

Succeeding in the mission requires the utilization of everyone's specs. Inventors will need to either help make more chips or accompany groups to make sure the task goes smoothly. Negotiators will be needed to sweet-talk them into the buildings or provide a strong alibi if anyone is caught. Sentinels and Bruisers will be crucial in protecting whoever is bugging the Roombas and Tidy-Bots. Teamwork is key! So it's a good thing Imogen made us go through all those trust exercises, am I right?

The log will be going up on May 5th, but, as previously stated, there is no timeline. If you have prior commitments with the next two logs, you can still hop in afterwards. You can use this post to find groups, etc.

Hey team! Hope all your cyberpunk dreams are coming true right now! I know mine are.

I'm here to suggest a player plot in which your character can get arrested for doing dumb stuff, and who will then get to be broken out of jail later during the mission!

Getting arrested will mean that characters can't go into the upper levels of the city as they will essentially be fugitives for the mission! They will not be able to go to the upper levels due to the increased police presence, meaning the bounty set in the upper levels will also be unavailable for completion. The mods have warned that this may also come back to bite them later on in this mission, so beware!

ALL RIGHT, so! Pursuant to all the lively discussion in Aizawa's post, I decided to ask the mods about the plan he (and others) discussed with Lissa. Specifically, I asked about getting a group of noble/royal types together so they could slide in and maybe get themselves an audience with Empress Nama. Apparently, interested royal types would be best served by having some proof of status--seals from home, emblems, whatever other marks of royal-ness you got. In addition to the disguise, of course.

Aizawa himself is, of course, not a noble; but he'll be glad (???) to clean himself up a bit and accompany someone as a silent manservant who does nothing outside of holding a lady's parasol or something. Mostly he just wants to help facilitate this idea because he finds it the most logical way forward, and putting together something like it was the primary goal of his own discussion. I figure there's room for one or two servants per royal-type who'd like to be in this group.

So, basically: if you're interested in the group, as either a royal or a servant, please let me know! I'd like to figure out a headcount and then submit that to the mods so that we can try to move forward with this idea c: If there's anything in particular your character would say/do/ask etc, that would be great to know as well.

Did your character enjoy the first riot? Did they feel it was a little anticlimactic? Did they miss it and wish they’d been able to throw a chair at someone? Well.

Through the Force, Anakin Skywalker has sensed the presence of escape pods aboard the ship. His plan is to make it through the ship to the escape pods with his cell mate in order to jettison out. Once away from the prison (and away from whatever is blocking their signal to Oska), he means to hail ALASTAIR and warn them about what happened in order to get help for those still trapped.

Even for a Force user, however, attempting to navigate the ship and avoid all detection and capture is a tall order. Which is where Audentes comes in doing what Audentes does best: sow as much chaos and disorder as possible to divert the staff’s attention to the bulk of the inmates, giving the escapees a clearer shot to the escape pods. Anakin has contacted a few individuals to let them in on the plan, and they can tip off others in turn. On the day of, Anakin signals the entire team through the magitek.

Only Anakin will successfully escape. His escape is directly tied to a special drop.

Upon returning to Oska, he’ll be informed that the TIMELINE.exe has determined that he’s critical to the survival of his universe and sent home. His cell mate will choose to stay aboard the prison, and he will inform Audentes regarding the successful getaway. Those who attempt to follow or make their own escapes at this time may be found and captured by guards to explain why they were unable to make it to the escape pods themselves.

ICly this will happen on whatever day coincides with June 29th.

LISTEN UP FIVES — A TEN IS SPEAKING.

since january is looking to be a pretty chill month, i thought it might be fun to do a game-wide game of snowball tag!*

basically, a handwaved network post by lance will have gone up sometime between now and the 7th, asking people if they would be interested in a game of snowball tag — which is basically just like laser tag, except without the fancy vests and gadgets. and lasers. characters can either sign themselves up (or, if your character isn't the type to do it themselves, can easily be signed up by someone else) in this handwaved post, and lance will take those names, toss them into a hat, and personally contact each character (this will also be handwaved) to tell them what team they are on, and to meet at the designated time and plate with their game faces and WITS OF STEEL.

oocly, if you're interested, just sign up here under the appropriate subthread. i'll keep this open from now until the 7th, and have the team assignments posted along with the open log which will go up on january 8 after 8PM, est. the teams will be randomized! depending on how many are interested, teams can range from two to three, with the overall goal of each team to be the last one standing. just like laser tag, a person is considered "out" if they get pelted in the torso area three times. but since there are no fancy vests to help us in this matter, it's all based on the honor system!! so no cheating! >:'c (jk feel free to cheat, this is supposed to be Chill.)

but, uh, in the interest of keeping this all Chill™ there will actually be no winner officially announced feel free to just have your character assume their team won, who knows, who cares, IT'S A GREAT CONVERSATION STARTER.

edit: also the log itself will be quite open for spectators, so even if for your character won't be directly involved in the game, there will be plenty of chances for them to interact with it!**

Hey guys! With Ramir's recent post in mind, I figured I'd throw something together for characters looking to be taught or teach fighty stuff. So here's an OOC planning thing for it! You don't have to have tagged the post to participate, you can assume your character found out there's lessons going on through word of mouth, or however else you like. And on a similar note, Ramir would be happy to play matchmaker and pair teachers with students if you're not sure how the connection might kick off, or you can also handwave that having taken place elsewise. Whatever works!

You're also welcome to either plan out threads here, or just talk out and handwave how the lessons would go.
