HEY THERE FUTURO. my name is astrid and i'm a one hundred percent newbie around these parts, but i've had my eye on this game for quite a bit, so i'm excited to be here!

i'm bringing in takenaka hanbei from sengoku basara– a hailed strategist who serves as the right hand man to toyotomi hideyoshi, a man who has literally punched the ocean away. in case you haven't been subject to basaras ridiculousness already. by contrast, hanbei is the condescending, self-righteous, enigmatic sort of villain who happens to be pretty sickly! getting him into the teamwork rhythm might take a bit.

his inbox for the game is over this way, and there's some lengthy info about him over here. for those canon familiar, i'm taking him from the beginning of his SB4 routes.

Homeward Bound

With everyone back in Oska now, it's time to make this official. Steven is going back home, for realsies, using the special drop option. I've had a lot of great times here with Steven and wonderful CR, but I've realized that he's just not working out here in the long run, and definitely not worth taking up a slot.

"The gist of it is, meta-wise, that Steven has been flagged as important to the stability of his world by the Timeline, so he gets a free pass home in the name of entropy-prevention." Steven will notify all of his remaining CR about his impending departure with sappy farewells, and so sometime shortly after the return to Oska, a rift back to Beach City will be created for him, with Lion there to collect him.

Steven's farewells can be handwaved, and anyone can also handwave witnessing his departure as well. Although if anyone wants some specifics about their character's final meeting with Steven, just leave a comment and we can hash out a little about it. As for me in general, I'm still here with Dick Gumshoe and will be trying to make a true comeback with him on the Oska log sometime soon!

Hi everyone! I'm Dilly and I'm brand new here. I've been ogling this game for so long while in the application queue that I'm eager to leap in! I'm on plurk as squigglebat and I operate on UK time when I'm not nightowling like crazy.

I'm bringing in an original character, Serene Charlord, a former kidnapped brat, failed magician, willing child soldier and now a rescued noblewoman unwilling to play the helpless victim of her circumstances. She's gregarious, competitive, built like a brick shithouse and has a chip on her shoulder about being perceived s inadequate for her role. She's one of the recruits actually grateful to be here as her current life has been a series of failures and rejections. Here's her app for more information.

Her username is the very creative serene and her inbox is located here. Forgive me, her journal is meant to contain all of her world information but is currently full of half finished pieces as I was procrastinating with that extra week I'm so glad I didn't have to wait.

Edited to add the most important cultural clash I'd forgotten to mention: dietary restrictions. She's from a world with multiple sentient species and the humen are part of the Omnivore political alliance, who look on eating anything with a beating heart and breathing lungs as akin to cannibalism. For her, worms prepared properly can be haute cuisine but meat is for Carnivore sickos and milk products sound more like a creepy fetish than food. She's going to have her world rocked in the worst way by all you meat eaters here.

Hello Futurology!! I'm Holly and I'm adding to the super newbie pile today with one Shizuo Heiwajima here from Durarara!!, taken mostly from the anime with some extra details from the light novels sprinkled in here and there.

Most of the time he's a pretty mild and quiet guy, but true to this entry's title he's also got both a super hair-trigger temper and a completely unnecessary amount of accidental super strength! So he often throws vending machines at things when he's mad and it's stupid and he hates it, is there a support group for this....at his current canonpoint he's starting to get marginally better with his anger, on the bright side! But it's still. A work in progress. Pls bear with him friends he is sorry. Also he wears a bartender's suit literally all the time even though he hasn't actually been a bartender for years now, what a loser...
