hello everyone! my name's Kari, and i'm brand new to this game, but i'm super stoked to be here. i'll be bringing you this dork from Kingdom Hearts: Lea! no, not Axel, it's Lea now. it's complicated.

basically all you need to know about this guy is that he spent like twelve years unable to feel emotions because he lost his heart. he worked for the Darkness Mafia and was usually in charge of the dirty jobs they couldn't count on anybody else to get done right. he's an efficient and deadly assassin with questionable morals and a penchant for lying. ...... but really he'd rather just take a nap. actually he's put most of that crap behind him now. he's got a shiny new heart and a new lease on life and he really is working on that pathological lying thing. really he's actually a pretty nice person; he likes kids and ice cream and watching the sunset, and if you're lucky he'll give you a cheesy pep talk complete with dumb corny metaphors. he might be a little awkward and prickly until you get to know him, but deep down in his heart of hearts he is a dweeb.

hello all! my name is sib, and i am super brand new to this game...! I'M PRETTY NERVOUS please go easy on me i'm a simple noob

Coming with me is the robot with the butt that won't quit, Melan Blue, who is from some obscure 2000 anime called Brigadoon. It looks cute, but it's actually only blood and pain. Melan is a Monomakia - basically, a composite lifeform that's part machine and part genetically-enhanced organism - who was created to help save his world from crashing into Earth and destroying both worlds in the process. Instead, he ends up spending almost all of his time protecting a teenage girl. As you do in the animes. He's a living weapon, had no contact with humans prior to the series, and thus, is very out of contact with his emotions. He doesn't know very much about the world (although since I'm taking him from the end of the series, he's gotten a little better.) As a robot-type guy, he's very Serious About Fulfilling His Duty, and tends to be simple and straightforward. But at heart, he's very sensitive, loyal, and kind! He's just... a baby robot learning how to express his feelings.

Hey everyone! I'm Crystal, and I'm the newest of new meat when it comes to this game, bringing to you a guy by the name of Keats from a super obscure PS3 game by the name of Folklore!

I know that maybe like three people will recognize him, so I'll briefly explain Keats' whole deal. Keats is an Irish reporter/journalist for a somewhat unpopular occult magazine called Unknown Realms who happens to find himself in the middle of a murder mystery that may or may not involve the influence of Faeries. Thinking he might get a story out of all of this for his magazine, Keats suddenly receives the magical ability to travel to the realms of the dead and basically absorb the monstrous souls of the dead to use to fight against Faeries and whatnot. It's kind of like Irish mythology combined with Pokemon and a tiny bit of JJBA and it's great.

The problem with all of this, though, is that Keats doesn't believe in magic. Like, at all. He gets his powers? He waves them off as a lucid dream. He travels to the worlds of the dead? He thinks he's hallucinating. Honestly, he's pretty casual about his denial (he just plays along with everything he sees), but his stubborn refusal to even believe things that are right in front of him kind of makes you want to hit your head against a wall. I apologize for everyone who has to deal with him ahead of time, he'll deny everything magical SUPER HARD.

Speaking of not believing in magic, people who don't believe in magic cannot see Keats (ironic, I know). If your character is practically an Agent Scully, please go over to THIS POST and tell me! Keats is (highlight for Folklore spoilers) a magical creature created by the deep desire of a human being and therefore cannot be seen by these people! This may change later, but I just wanted to make it clear now so that I can integrate him into the game and play around with it if there are characters like that out there.

Besides that, Keats is also kind of a Jerk With a Heart of Gold and is very cynical and sarcastic, but he'll help if he can (though he'll never admit it). He also has a soft spot for kids. And last but not least, he's really kind of a giant nerd trying too hard to be cool, don't think his attempts at badassery mean anything.

Hey everyone! Here's another for the crowd.

My name is Marion and I'm brand spankin' new to this game. And with me I bring Harrison Wells from The Flash aka live action capeshit comic show which is just as cheesy and trashy as actual comics. He's coming straight from the finale of season 1 and there a bunch of spoilers about him that are best read about on his app!

All you need to know is that he's a douchebag who loves opera music, the finest whiskey money can buy and cheeseburgers from his favorite fast food place. Basically pretentious. He can be a jerk, but for the most part he at least is socially aware enough to be nice when he knows he has to be. Doesn't make many friends, but has the capacity to make many bonds with people he likes and even hates. Plus a genius scientist who is centuries ahead of his time and for good reason, so expect him to get friendly with scientists and engineers in the club.

Also he's a sociopath with superpowers and has been known to think the best solution to his problems is murder. Oops.

Anyways if you want to friend me or talk about plotting, I'm over at infiniteprayer I'll be tagging the jailbreak plot and also will be on the log that airs this Saturday.

Oh man, I'm so excited to be joining this game! I'm Parsnip and I'm bringing an old favorite of mine named Reim Lunettes. He's basically a pencil pusher nobleman who tends to get scared easily but tends to take his duty and friendships very seriously and will pretty much do anything that he has to for the name of those things. He's also really intelligent which helps since he's also the guy who takes care of all the paperwork and gathers up intel for his boss on the side.

Other stats are that he rarely ever gets drunk because his tolerance is way too high, seems to have an unholy affinity for rising early in the morning, and tends to have bad taste in friends because he likes the trolls who can't seem to quite take care of themselves.

Aka, he's got a bit of a maternal streak in him, poor guy.

Anyway, he's from Pandora Hearts if you've heard of that manga and once again, I'm happy to be here! If you need to hit me up, aim is probably the best way to do that (aim is parsnipchan) because I work long hours and aim on the phone is easier then email. After all, Sebastian may be a vicious, soul-eating demon, but he's also a weird one. Like, huge nerd kind of weird. Some of his hobbies include laundry, cleaning, cosplay, and doting on cats of every size. He's really quite amiable and friendly for a demon, honestly! He just also has no real sense of empathy whatsoever...

Alisha is kind young lady whose world happens to be falling apart, but she's trying to fix that!! Despite being a princess, she prefers running around her kingdom as a knight instead so she can actually help people firsthand. NOBILITY and HONOR and BEING DUTIFUL AND SERIOUS and ADHERING TO HER RESPONSIBILITIES etc etc are all very important to her. However she also finds small, fluffy animals to be the absolute cutest things and can be pretty gullible if she trusts you. This works in both hilarious and tragic ways for her.

Hello everyone! My name is Jess and I'm bringing you Verity Willis from Marvel Comics. She's a human lie detector and, ironically, Loki's BFF.

Verity has been seeing through everyone's BS literally since she was a tiny baby, so she is both incredibly literal minded (she never learned how to suspend disbelief) and pretty jaded. She is usually reasonable and pleasant with people until they start lying to her, when that happens she tends to lose patience pretty quickly. As such, I have a special info and permissions post about her abilities. Please check that out here so I don't step on any toes.

Other than the one super mundane superpower she is a fairly normal human woman, who deals with her issues through avoidance and drinking a lot of wine. She enjoys nerdy things like science, programming and math, and wishes she could enjoy fiction but her ability kind of screws her over in that regard.

That aside, I'm bringing in Aqua from Kingdom Hearts: Birth by retcon Sleep. Who happens to be a blue-haired chick that specializes in magic; astoundingly original, I know. She's nice though!! A bit straight-laced and total white knight, but she's well-meaning and always willing to help a bro/sis in need. I'll be taking her from Last Episode, right as she jumps into a plot hole the KH equivalent of the underworld. (...But actually a plot hole.)

And voila! She lands here instead! Amazing.

As a sidenote, Aqua has the ability to detect Light/Darkness (Good/Bad) in people so if you'd like her radar to be broken for Devious CR Purposes, just give me a holla. She also has an ability called 'Dimension Link' that lets her borrow powers from another friend, so if you're feeling generous... Gestures wildly in your direction...

Lastly, it's been literally years since I've played her in a game setting so you can yell at me over at noctium when I inevitably heck up. Looking forward to shenanigans!! c:

Hello, Futuro~!

This is Ban's(the streaking white haired klepto) player, Dan, bringing in Shiki Tohno from Tsukihime, a horror/dating game(huh?) all about vampires and maids. It's a long and dull read if you don't remember to install the CD soundtrack to it(pirates). In fact, playing it without any music at all is akin to dipping one's self in icy cold brine and holding your breath for two days! That said, there's an official comic for it which is bearable, though it only touches on one of the main routes...

Anyway. Shiki, here, is your average high school student who can see the cracks of death in every living creature and object around him. He can see his own death, too, which means his life is a living hell--barring the use of his handy super magic unbreakable glasses that he got from a wandering abusive magic babysitter. It just so happens that he hates seeing death all the time, so he tries to wear his glasses nonstop--even when he's in the shower. This is why his hair's a positive mess.

He's... sort of friendly? Ignore his unrelenting sarcasm and we'll see.
