Hello! My name is Lofn and, first of all, I must say how excited I am to be a part of this community!! I really look forward to playing here with everyone. o7
I'm bringing with me Marian Hawke from Dragon Age, specifically from the second game in the series, which is quite eloquently named Dragon Age II. Hawke tends to go by just Hawke because that's apparently what everyone calls her. (Having a customisable first name also doesn't help, but at least part of her name gets voiced. That's more than some protags can say.)
Her name is fairly ignominious at home but that won't stop her from using it here. She wouldn't be surprised however if she gets a 'reputation' soon enough as, whenever she tries to help, things usually end up bloody and on fire. While she's generally well meaning, she's sarcastic and sociable which isn't always a good combination, and she's been known to be a right asshole. So. If you'd like to be sassed, she's more than likely to oblige. She's also known to have an occasional flirt with friendly people. A great way to bond and build camaraderie, right?
Also she's a mage. Magic's a rather fraught political issue back home, so seeing so much of it around her with so little fuss will be intriguing--especially if there are sane mages! Learning about different kinds of magic would be of great interest to her provided there's no demons or blood sacrifice.
