hello gang! popping in really quickly to say that as of october's ac round, olivia has gained a level-up in her empathy powers! this means she now has control over when/where/with whom it happens, and so in the interest of not stepping on any toes, i set up a handy dandy permissions post! i promise it isn't very long! please feel free to fill it out when you have the time. ♥
