HELLO FUTUROLOGICALS. i'm batty, and i bring you sai from that one insanely long manga about ninjas, or as much of the internet knows him, the dick joke guy. he's coming in from eons ago in naruto history, from the end of chapter 312.

he's sort of an odd bird: sai isn't even really his name. in fact, he doesn't actually remember his original name. he's one of a number of orphans who were taken in by an organization called root to become nameless, faceless tools of their ninja village, raised up and trained to suppress any trace of emotion or individuality. at the point i've picked for him, the Power of Friendship just happened, and he's decided he's going to give this whole 'being a person' thing a shot because having bonds with people actually sounds pretty kickass.

PROBLEM IS, when you've been apart from society for most of your life, you kind of don't have any social skills. at all. so now that he's no longer a slightly creepy blank douchebag, he's basically the awkwardest turtle to ever awkward and turtle. that will be a fun time for everyone involved, i'm sure.

This guy's different. He's literally the antithesis of the other two I'm playing. He's small, he's angry, he's a mess, and he's evil. we need more evil, right???????

Anyway this is Commander Peepers, he's like 1ft tall, but 100% Ready To Fucking Rule The Galaxy. It's going to be a lot harder, though, when the guy he usually uses as a mascot/means of brute force is kind of... missing. So uh. That'll be tough on him. I'm giving everyone here permission to punch him in the eyeball/his face at some point, by the way, everyone gets a freebie (except Saitama, because that will Kill Him Instantly).
