Also, i'm thinking of putting together a top level. would i just need to make that thread there? you can just thread out the bounties right? you don't have to sign up or anything...if I'm understanding that correctly.

i don't believe you need to sign up for bounties, no. there's sign ups for the investigations but afiak, none for bounties.

so you can throw it in your top level or we can make a closed post, either would work in this instance!

I'm just getting a feel for things...and with it just being innocent bird care that might be more for a 2-way.

I'll just let you hit the top level if you are eager. Here. I mean, the bird-care lasts all day so there's nothing saying it wouldn't be and in and out kind of thing.
