WELCOME POST
Welcome, everyone, to Season 2 of Futurology! While we aren't officially opening our doors until the 15th of January, we'd still like you all to have time to get to chat and get to know each other, both new and old players. So here it is: our welcome post!
Think of this like a group OOC intro post -- feel free to introduce yourself and your characters here, and say hello to everyone else. Don't worry about being "late"; this post lasts for as long as acceptances continue to go out.
We'd like to take this moment to remind new players to get to know the game and familiarize themselves with the rules, FAQ, and welcome page. We'd also like them to make sure they've joined all the communities (![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png) axiology, epidemiology, futurology, typology, and thirstology) and created an IC file in typology if they want to!
Finally, as a reminder, Futurology operates in UTC. Please keep this in mind when managing deadlines.
For those who are interested in plotting a little more in-depth, don't worry! The dossier with all the info will be out on the 10th, plus a CR Meme. For now, just sit back, relax, and have fun! We're so excited to have all our returning players back, and to meet our new players for the first time. |

HI AGAIN FUTURO, i'm jay, this is lucina from fire emblem: awakening!! the tl;dr is that she's a princess from a world that was about to be smashed into tiny little pieces thanks to a giant, evil dragon, but she stops that thanks to the power of friendship ( and time travel, and also her dad ). she's coming straight from s1 and will continue to gently try and befriend the entire team, because that's what she does. oh yeah she's gonna be a sentinel and then throw herself at people to protect them because, again, that's what she does.
