OH, SHIT Disaster strikes! And that disaster is named Zymandis. After spending weeks in Terra Felis, Cassie announced what the real problem was with Oska: the rifts were manually shut down to prevent any new Zymandis agents from filtering in while their shields were down. Now that Audentes is back in Oska, it's time to get to work. Destroy the Zymandis robots (and whatever fleshy agents teleported in, too) and reset the shielding so we can put this nightmare behind us and move on with saving the multiverse. Can Pidge hack the robots?

Twisted Fate will be attacking from the distance as much as he can. He's pretty quick and crafty already as it is, so with the boost he'll be a pretty slipper guy! With his magic cards, he can either (a) cause a part of a robot to explode with a magical exploding card or (b) snare it with one of his golden cards. Otherwise, if someone needs a quick heal, they can give him a shout and he will teleport himself anywhere in Oska to find your guy and use his healing magic, which is something he's only just become forthcoming with. Post-battle, Fate has no interest in manual labor and will not touch the castle one bit.

Meanwhile, Hanzo will be sniping at robots with his Ridiculous Archery Skills. There will be a moment of him lacking confidence/feeling concern with his relationship with his dragons during the fight and will not be willing to summon them right off, so if someone would like to claim responsibility in properly inspiring him, that would be neat as heck! Otherwise, he will be fighting particularly fiercely when he gets to the squidge nest. Nobody gonna hurt those babies. Post-battle he will actively help the castle in its reconstruction.

ODINSON

Odinson's taking on the big PW15 robots. He started with a baseball bat from Woodhurst (and broke it after like one hit) and so he's going barehanded at them which is slowing him down. He's also summoned a storm, so there's going to be lightning and thunder going on in the background - but because the big robots are mostly inside it isn't going to be much help against them. Once the PW15s are down he'll fight anything else that's still moving.

NOTE: I'm going to handwave most of the fighting, but let me know if your character is going to be fighting nearby and wants to have taken down a robot near Odinson (so he can congratulate them later) or have the two of them work together to take one down.

He's going to fight without stopping if he can, but if anyone who he's talked to needs his help and prays to him, he'll come to the aid of anyone who needs it. In the aftermath he'll need healing and rest, then he'll help move debris out of the castle.

Asher is a fist-fighting knuckledhead and he packs quite the mean punch, but he's inexperienced and will probably get his ass kicked quite frequently. That being said, he will get up and keep going until he totally knocks out! If you'd like to babysit him, let me know.

He's all for helping out with rebuilding as well! If you wanna do a fun thread where he and your character are goofing off while conducting repairs, that is totally a thing that can happen.

Sans will likely be spending most of his time in the library. He's a little new to the Audentes life to feel enough identity with the team to actually work up a sweat defending it, but he's passingly interested in people not being super bummed out.

That being said, his teleportation abilities aren't exactly secret and would go a long way towards expediting the defense nodes activation. Y'know, if anyone wants to use him as a very bony taxi and/or inspire him to not be a sack of potatoes about the whole thing.

THERE'S ALSO THE POSSIBILITY THAT Sans might actually use his Sick Magic(tm) on one of the aggressors, but not to kill so much as to. Impede or physically move them away, much like the infected in Woodhurst.

As far as the aftermath goes, he will likely be a little more active in helping this part, but not by much! More than anything, I figure he'll be underfoot and checking to see how people are doing/asking questions in his very vague way. HE'S STILL TRYING TO FIGURE ALL THIS AUDENTES SHIT OUT.

URAHARA will be going head-on (with a completely theatrical sigh about it- he was so enjoying his vacation in catland) with the minor robots since there's more of them and he'd rather leave the big ones to the big damn heroes, bringing his grade-a viciousness to the table cutting down robots left and right. He's not really in the mood for Zymandis mercy. With his kido spellwork (binding AND attacking), his barriers, and his sword, he's gonna be able to wreak some serious havoc and protect some people dealing with the nodes... and provide some well-needed insufferable commentary.

PERIDOT is going to end up exhausting herself trying to manhandle robots left and right with her metal powers, so this MAY be a good time for a poofing, if anyone wants to be around for that kind of (short-lived) trauma. She'll be fine, but annoyed that she missed half the fight afterwards.

TERRA FELIS Peter is going to go get his kitty blessing and will be faster than usual!!! lmao. like he needed that.
THE BATTLE When it comes to the fight his first focus is making sure the medical crew has a place to work. maybe an escort mission to the Library! if Sieglinde wants fancier digs though, clearing the way for her is his first priority. then he is going to move on to the fight!! his plan is basically go in guns blazing, and focus on the PW15s. He and Anakin worked on some EMP grenades, we will see if those work... He also might hack a Shielder to go help defend the squidges. THE GOO BABIES MUST BE SAFE.
THE AFTERMATH He will be helping a little with the rebuild but mostly as far as the squidges are concerned. the poor traumatized children... He and Maya also are supposedly gonna play some baseball.
OTHER PLANS I'm not sure I'll top level for him, because he got the last top level, but! I could be game for closed starters for him, so let me know if you'd like one, OR I can send him to you!

THE BATTLE Graham is a basic human type so there's only so much he can do. He will spend some time in the Library offering his healing knowledge to anyone that needs it. Brother will be in the Library for the entirety of the fight so anyone who wants to smooch on him there, be my guest. Otherwise Graham will put his attention on restoring the cloaking device. Anyone who wants to team up with him, that'd be very welcome!
THE AFTERMATH Graham will be very content to work on the rebuild effort and maybe he'll even take his shirt off. BC that's important or something.

I don't have any in particular goal for him here, he'll just be here to help save anyone that gets overwhelmed or stop any of the more destructive robots! He can fight the whole 24 hours without tiring out or needing sleep, but if someone wants to toss him some toast once in awhile he'd appreciate it.

For those that are unfamiliar with his canon, he is crazy over powered and pretty much indestructible, so any crazy situation you want to put your character in but ultimately want them to survive he's your guy to help them be saved in time.

He doesn't look all that strong, though, so people can mistake him as someone in need of help, too, for shenanigans to happen.

Team ups are also more than welcomed, though he's very strong he isn't a show off, glory hog or a backseat driver. He lets people do their own thing unless they may need his help! It might be interesting for him to team up powers with people (it's a thing that doesn't really happen in canon), like if anyone wants him to toss them like a fastball special and potentially go faster than you ever intended to be thrown, so hit me up if anyone wants to do that!

I'm open to any other ideas, throw them at me, bros.

Jin's gonna be taking on robots ofc, but I'm also super up to have him do anything that requires teamwork: particularly covering characters resetting defense nodes!! He is a big supporting character babysitter and knows he can't take the huge robots alone, nor should the non-fighty folks be left without defense, sssooooo.... HE'S HERE TO ESCORT MISSION.

Apart from this he'll probably be sticking close to Cassie's group fighting robots, and then passing out for several hours before helping with rebuild efforts l m f a o. Lemme know if you'd like to run into him at any point, I'm happy to work with anybody who'd like something more individual too....!!!

Sieglinde / Healer Camp

Sieglinde will, upon immediate arrival, mostly just try and stay out of the way. She's not a fighter and she knows it well- though she may try and convince someone strong enough to handle baggage easily to take her along for reactivating a defense node.

Once she's made aware that the Library is safe, however, she'll head there and message everyone she spoke to in Cassie's post about the location to set up triage/makeshift hospital in, where, if no one else tries to take charge, she will proceed to boss around patients and healers alike for the remainder of the battle. Come get your heal on, this group probably has every method imaginable between them. She'll also ask able-bodied people who come in for rests to help bring in the injured.

Try not to get blood on the books, though.

Loki won't be out fighting right away, and instead he'll be sneaking about and beelining toward the Mechanical Room. Any robots that manage to get in his way will be dealt with a proper Loki-like fashion (skittering up their sides with his boots and ramming them between the eyes but not before being a tenacious little annoyance).

He will pause if people need help, though. He quite loves explosions and standing on the side of battle like the irritating person that he is. He may even take off if he thinks that the person no longer needs his help. You know, just being himself.

Lucina is currently on a bit of a quest for vengence against zymandis smh. the zombies sucked and she's very tired of castles (her homes) burning, which means this is just getting more and more personal for her 8) she'll also be getting a speed boost from the queen.

she'll focus most of her attention close to the mechanical room ( and would be super down to team up, and play decoy so people can take down the shielders! ), but also she'll help defend non-fighters while they put up the nodes. she'll also take take people to the library if they need help / get injured!! and then of course after she's going straight to rebuilding. tl;dr she's going to be all over the place doing all sorts of things, so if there's anything specific you want chances are i'm super down. THAT SAID, in case it wasn't obvious she's definitely going to overwork herself in the coming weeks, so if anyone wants to stop her and tell her to slow down jfc— that'd be appreciated.

Koltira will be VERY UPSET by the destruction, since he feels partly responsible (as he sent plenty Taraxan popsicles back for resuce'n'analysis). But he'll stay focused on the fight; he's a good man if you need a bodyguard for the defense nodes or a tank in general, as he is pretty ridiculously OP. and also, ofc, already dead.

HOWEVER due to his rage-confusion (and his growing Hunger) he'll be pretty reckless, which means he'll get pretty injured, and as such will require healing--which for him is a fraught experience, since his unnatural body does not like to be mended. LMK IF UR UP FOR IT

In the aftermath, he'll be having a big ol' moral crisis, and trying to distract himself via going all in with the rebuilding. He'll be focused especially on making sure the forge is set to rights, since that's kinda his mancave and everything ... and he'll probably ask people to give him work/ MORAL GUIDANCE

McCree is gonna Deadeye some robots bc WHY NOT; he is happy to be fighting bots because that actually feels 100 pct more normal to him than literally anything else they've done so far. he will also lend his big strong arms to the rebuilding, but his robo-arm is getting kind of shabby ... he will need to find a techie for repairs soon.

Shizuo will be diving straight in to punch a robot or two, as you do!! He knows he's good at this, at any rate...he will probably be throwing a lot of things at them too, including bits of the castle and possibly even other smaller robots depending on how lucky(?) he gets. NOT A LOT OF STRATEGIC THOUGHT HERE THOUGH so coordinating with other fighty bros would probably also be good for him...and he's also more than willing to be a meatshield for anyone trying to have at the nodes/navigate robot-infested Oska in general, he can def take a few robot punches of his own.

Afterwards he'd be down for chipping in with repair efforts on and off as well, he can certainly do his own fair share of heavy lifting where it's needed. He owes the suits of armor a favor anyway, ever since that one time he threw an armor at a person...he needs to redeem himself ok >:'V

Mob will be mostly steering away from the fighting where he can, in favor of helping to provide psychic shielding at the library where the healers set up shop! Upon being rifted to Oska Mob is also going to accidentally agree to helping with the nodes too though (he still tends to automatically agree when asked about doing things before realizing what he's agreeing to sometimes, it's a bad habit), getting the map uploaded to his magitek! So he'll probably spend some time on the side navigating through Oska and trying to find a few as well...though he's not terribly savvy on the technology front in general....so a helping hand there would certainly be appreciated :'| While he's not huge on fighting he can provide shielding in a pinch and might even be motivated to telekinetically toss a robot or two if pressed, so he can inadvertently offer some protection in exchange for said node help too!

He'll also want to help out with aftermath repairs too...what better way to pick up a bunch of bricks than all at once, with your mind? Might as well chip in for cleaning up such a huge mess...

I will not be setting up toplevels this time around due to time constraints (and a large tag backlog I still gotta catch up to), but I'll be tagging around with both these guys! I can also do closed prompts though, so just lmk if you'd like to hash one out!

Riza will be bopping around rebooting the defense nodes, because for the 189723467834th time her guns are useless again.......why. Bodyguards/distractions are all greatly appreciated, or she'll be happy to act as a distraction herself. Post-battle she'll be doing a lot of rebuilding because there's nothing like manual labor to keep your mind free of unwanted thoughts. ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ She'll probably pass out in the kitchen afterwards or something, feel free to draw mustaches on her face.

Eight has already committed to guarding the healers in his conversation with Sieglinde. Before getting a message from her, he's liable to be found on the battlefield punching his way through whatever machines he crosses paths with. This isn't his first rodeo, and while he doesn't feel like he's got a chocobo in this race, he's kind of stuck with circumstances such as they are. If somebody needs a spot-check on heals, a defensive buff, or a magical wall...or just some fists that can punch through armored metal, this guy can dash in.

He may not consider himself one of the team, but Eight's a protective little guy, and he'll back up anyone he finds before Sieglinde calls. After that, he'll be found guarding the library, not that it'll need it with those librarians around.

Having seen Akademia in ruins after its occupation, he's no stranger to repairs and will be inclined to quietly help out. He's still not part of the team, mind you, he's only got one of those in his heart, but... He can lend a hand or two.

As a note, I will not be topleveling due to exams. However, I can hit up others.

My plans are not incredibly exciting, alas.

Feferi will be hanging back with the healers and doing the healy thingy, but she'll also be running triage out in the field, so to speak, so if anyone needs the healing to come to them, she's your girl.

Undyne will be taking out as many robots as she can, though she'll be hesitant to take out fleshy agents unless they attack her or are attacking someone else. Dogberry will be with her side playing the part of flanker and distraction.

Haise will be fighting machines with the goal of disabling them rather than destroying. This is with respect to the knowledge that Zenyatta hopes to confirm whether they have the capacity for sentience or not. If he has confirmation that they're automatons without a sense of self, he'll be less concerned with destruction, but he'll exercise caution until then. He's armed with his quinque, a red weapon much resembling a long-sword, which notably cuts through metal far easier than a normal blade for Reasons.

If anyone looks like they need assistance, he'll come to their aid, but otherwise he's awaiting Zenyatta potentially calling for backup. He'll be making it a priority to check on the squidges and offer to heal anyone within the area, or anyone he sees injured along the way. His healing abilities are fully developed at this point, so short of bringing back the dead (he'll leave that to Koltira), he's equipped to help.

In the aftermath, Haise will make use of his maxed out repair spell, which allows him to repair even entire buildings given enough time and energy... And politely declining any gifts of food the armor happens to bring his way.
