Hello, everybody! My name is Silvie and I just got accepted this afternoon. I've brought along a heroine from Tales of Legendia, an old Tales of mothership title from the PS2. It's about a bunch of people with sparkly fingernails, baking, and the occasional musical interlude. (I'm not joking. This happens during the game's introduction and is implied to be a regular happenstance in Werites Beacon.)

As for Shirley herself, she's a shy and soft-spoken girl who is trying really hard to make peace between her race, the aquatic Ferines, and the humans of her world, the Orerines. She's able to do this because of her position and abilities as the Merines: she can hear the voice of Nerifes, her home world's ocean, and convey its will. She's not physically strong, but she's a talented spellcaster with an arsenal of super pink artes to help back up the frontliners. Oh, and she's a pretty good baker. So if we ever get access to some kind of kitchen/bakery, you can bet she'll be putting together some goodies for her coworkers!

Yessss, I am all about cute gal pals. Shirley's... uh... before the start of the game, she kind of spent the last three years in hiding talking to just one guy. She tries really hard, but she's still learning the ropes of talking casually with people and making proper friends.

Oh more Tales! Hai Silvie! I'm Caprica, and I've. Mostly admittedly only played the releases from like. Symphonia onwards (okay not Abyss because I have yet to get that on 3DS and it was never otherwise available here because PAL region) but I will never not approve of Tales. (I'm hoping to app a Tales here next round myself. I just need to actually finish Zestiria.)

I just have this here magical girl, and Sakura would possibly love offering to help at the bakery if that eventually becomes a Thing!

Augh, that's rough. Region-locking is really the pits! I'm still kind of mad that we didn't get the Eternia remake Stateside, or the Destiny remake officially translated at all... |< At least Namco has started bringing them over again. I haven't had the chance to play Zestiria myself yet, but I hope to grab a copy when it goes on sale! Or maybe I'll ask for one for Christmas? Timeline-wise, Legendia came out after Symphonia but right before Abyss. It celebrated its ten-year anniversary not too long ago!

Hi Silvie, welcome to the game! I'm totally canonblind to tales myself but from what I saw of Shirley on the TDM she was really cute...I'm excited to see her here!

I'm Kiva, and I play Ranmaru here who is basically Shirley's opposite (loud, brash, could benchpress like ten cars) but she's all about friendship and making peace between people so I'm sure they'll get along great.

I've seen Ranmaru around and she looks like an absolute blast. I think they'll get along pretty well too, also because Shirley's... well, a lot of her gal pals from back home have pretty strong personalities. BENCH PRESS ALL THE CARS, RANMARU, SHE WILL BE VERY IMPRESSED.
