For those of you who have been living under a rock for the past 3000 years, he is one of the Greek heroes of the Trojan War. Leader of the Myrmidons, slayer of Hector. Celebrated as the strongest of the Greeks, not to mention the prettiest. Apparently. I have a Permissons Post for the curious, and you can read more about Achilles here if you need to brush up on your Greek mythology.

Hi, Kath! Welcome to the game! I'm Ginko and I just play Rin Tohsaka, from that trashy anime/visual novel series Homer might balk at, Fate/stay [insert adjective here]!

I loooooove Greek mythology, oh my goodness, so I'll have to tag him just for that.... But Rin is also bound to think he's a Heroic Spirit like the one grown man she orders around and the other two grown men she disciplines.... and the young woman she likes to cuddle with... so he can prepare for questions, I guess!

thank you!! I've had fun trying to capture that archaic style of speech while still having it sound natural-ish, so I'm glad it sounds believable!

....holy frak, flashbacks to Classics classes, damn. Hell yes, the Illiad/Odyssey were great! Now idk if I still have the books or if they were just school ones that we gave back if I can reread. It's been years.

Ah, by which I mean. Hai. I'm Caprica and I have two characters here. One of whom would probably love to chat with Archilles - this boy, Sorey from the video game, Tales of Zestiria is very much a Fanboy of History and Ruins. He has special powers of Purification as the Shepherd, back home, and has a posse of usually invisible seraphim friends each attuned to a different element. And only recently met his first fellow human.

And then there's Sakura. Sakura Kinomoto is a Magical Girl from CLAMP's...20 year old manga (gods, it does not feel that long since I got into it.), Cardcaptor Sakura. She uses these special cards with various abilities, and has earned the power to heal while helping ALASTAIR.

Well just yesterday I stumbled upon the Samuel Butler translation online if you need a refresher! reading an epic online sounds like a pain in the butt tho...or maybe that's just my creakiness speaking

Nice to meet you Caprica!! Oh man, I'm a big Tales of fan but unfortunately I haven't gotten around to playing the more recent installments in the franchise. Sorey is really cute from what I've heard/seen of him though. I'd love to have them interact!
