Please submit plot solutions for Mission: Drakstaden below. These solutions should be suggestions that your character would make IC, though you do not need to write it in their voice.
The winning solution will be handwaved that it has been proposed to Rost (unless you state otherwise). Rost will attempt to enact the plan, no matter what it may be.

SOLUTION PROPOSAL RULES
Only submit completed proposals! Do not use the submission section for discussion.
Reply to a proposal with a +1 to ICly vote for it. Please do not vote for more than two proposals per character. You can delete your vote if you change your mind.
Do not reply to someone else's submission with anything but a +1. This post is for voting only, not discussion.
The mods don't answer hypothetical questions. If you're not sure if something will work, that's okay!
You can submit multiple proposals, but use your judgment! Don't go overboard, and let other people have the opportunity to submit proposals as well.
You can submit something that's similar to someone else's proposal, but try not to submit exact duplicates. If someone submitted something you had in mind, just vote for it!
Proposals must be between 50 and 100 words. This is non-negotiable. If you go below or over the word count, we will not unscreen your proposal for voting until you correct it.
The winning proposal will be the basis of the final log of Mission: Drakstaden. Whether or not the solution succeeds is entirely based upon adherence to the information given throughout the mission and general feasibility.
Use Gram's truth effects (purge corruption, provoke the truth, and cause someone to face the "lies" they tell themselves; it's physically painful if not) and amplify them through science/spirit particles [Urahara] to cause a “truth wave” or "truth bomb". This would affect everyone (upper/lower levels), forcing them to face the truth; Ophelia would face their demons by proxy.
While the Vadkir, Prime Minister, and everyone is reeling, Ophelia will head to the birthday party to destroy the temporal crystal. With some of Jester's truth spells, they can find the location of the secret prison. Afterward, the rebels can be freed.
Team one steals press passes into Ivarson's birthday party and assassinates him on-camera. Rost assists.
Team two simultaneously takes down the Vakdir by eliminating the Polischef (the chief of police) and detaining or killing the remaining forces. Rost assists.
This done, Ophelia locate the temporal shard and destroy it.
Assign specialists from Hathaway to Drakstaden to peace keep until a replacement political system has been chosen by the Drakstadish people.
