So to clarify the AC eligibility: the thread itself counts for May AC, but do any comments made in the log in April also count?

For example: I make a thread on April 28th and five of my tags are marked in April before the new month rolls over. Do the comments I make in April count toward the May AC, or is just that the thread can be started in April and only comments made in May count?

All comments made in the log can be used for May AC, whether or not they were made in April! However, the same thread can't be used for both April and May AC.

Hope this is the right place to ask/if it can be answered yet, but just real quick for the purpose of planning prompts on the final Drakstaden log-

Has it been decided if the next game log will be on Headquarters mainly, or if it will be a full new mission start log?
