question re: the secrets propmt! is a partially truthful response to a question (ie not divulging the whole truth but not directly lying) considered deceit by the system? i have to ask this because giorno's a disaster, thanks mods
So a top level is happening and here is about what you can expect from Jason during all of this: 1. Exploring HQ--he's a curious sort and there's a lot to look at. If you want to do something that involves hanging out or sparring or working out, I'm good with that and would love to have some chill time with any characters as Jason marvels at all the stuff quite openly.
2. Team Building--When he hears about the training/team building, he gets REALLY excited about the prospect. Considering his goal since mission 1 has been to learn more about his teammates and get to know them better, he feels like this is perfect and will likely be one of the first to show up and actually be positive about it. I'm game for threading any of the three options (though Jason might have an unfair advantage for elevator challenge) so we can talk about which might be more fun for our characters. And while he'll want to get to know those he's already met a little better first, you can bet that he'll be just as ready to pair off with people he hasn't interacted with much either. :D

Urahara's kind of chuffed because this is the sort of thing he puts people through, and it's cute to be on the other side of it, if not a little bit :|-worthy, because the elevator thing is EXACTLY his kind of team building prank. WELL PLAYED IMOGEN.
I'm up for doing any of the team building exercises! The elevator one will be kind of HAXX since Urahara has a lot of powers, but, honestly, he's so lazy he might just bullshit his way through the whole thing for funsies if he gets stuck with someone who doesn't know how strong he is. That definitely defeats the purpose of the exercise. Sigh.
He's certainly gonna be a wildcard, okay. He builds teams. He does not team-build much anymore, but it'll be good for him.
Also available for training with people who have ridiculously hella anime powers, salt cave meditation that will likely involve way more salt than initially advertised by the time he gets done being himself at the other party, and various other things.
Jason is kinda haxx for the elevator too (climb onto elevator roof and fly out being his go to solution for this), but it might be a fun way for Urahara to see how Jason's powers work/force the kid to do most of the work.

If you're tossing up a prompt and you'd like me to throw Laphicet your way, I can do that! Or if you'd rather like me to set up a closed prompt for you, I'm fine with that too. All of these prompts sound cool and I think a lot of these I can throw this kid into in some way.
Laphicet has gotten a jewelcomm upgrade that allows him to be seen and directly interact with everyone else on the team, so he's more accessible now. And it'd be fun for him to finally meet the people who haven't actually seen him before? If not in HQ, we can save that surprise for the next mission too!

Yeah. If you wanna try something else we can since these two are fairly honest about most things. But I'll leave it up to you. I just enjoy Jason slowly coming to the decision that Laphicet is his mini-bro.

I'm most interested in the truth-telling exercise, because Connor has Some Shit he's hiding, and the willow seed exercise, because this bitch needs more friends. Seriously.

I'd be interested in SECRETS and the RIFTING plant stuff with Majima as well -- the first seems like a really interesting opportunity to get reticent characters to open up a little more, and I just like the idea of having a cute plant that can grow with FRIENDSHIP, that is literally adorable.

1. My hiatus came up faster than I thought it was gonna (hello from almost-over-vacation ;_;) so I lost momentum on a lot of my Hanabira threads. If anyone wants to continue anything in particular, especially the people who took me up on bounties, let me know. Otherwise, I'll be going through what I have and dropping what I feel I can't keep on my plate right now-- nothing personal and I apologize for my bad timing!
2. I'm not topleveling but am happy to tag anything on this log because forcing jimbo into team building exercises is hilarious lmao. I'm also open to writing up a custom starter for you so hmu here or by private plurk to smithsyndicate !!
