The empresses are a bit taken aback by Simon's... unconventional... appearance at first, but quickly forget it once they start discussing with him. Nama is especially swayed by this argument, since she has a vested interest in protecting Doro and his people. While this argument appeals to Youmi more from a logical standpoint than an emotional one, both empresses do appear interested; he can consider this a success.

After the dinner ends, Doro takes Simon aside and personally thanks him for advocating for the Flowerlands, gifting him a small music box that, when played, Simon will discover calms enemies into a non-aggressive state for as long as the music plays (approximately one minute). There is a cool-down period between plays of one day. Doro says he wishes he could give him more, but has little to offer at the moment due to the turmoil.
