perfectly happy with handwaving npc interaction! i would like to know if Dean might have learned anything about the message burned into the ground; such as its origin and what kind of meaning the symbol of a creature with a lion's head, goat's body, and serpent's tail might have in this world specifically? like any lore associated with it, past appearances/special meaning/history tied to it, since that is the kind of angle he tends to investigate.
