All they know is that it's a chimera, a legendary creature made of parts from different animals; most will agree it doesn't exist in real life. Some goblins will be willing to talk, and they'll tell him that the goblin who was executed had been a good friend of the Queen's. A few will express that they aren't sure they entirely believe that story.
Guards are all human, and they'll be treating those allied with the goblins a bit worse than those with the humans. Nothing terrible, but they'll be a little rougher, and if they try to talk back they won't get any favorable responses. Human prisoners would either be antagonistic or not speak with him, most likely.
