good evening mods! At first, I was joking on the intensity of when the rain stops pelting and turns to fireballs with a video reference because it's the first thing i think of but then I realized this is a legitimate question I maybe should ask to make sure.

How intense are we talking here in regards to fire raining down the sky at its worst? It's not this type of fireballs when it's not liquid fire raining everywhere right? I'm assuming something a lot more tame from the description but realize it could... be either or anywhere in between and it's sort of a very different level of concern for the characters to deal with.

Also, are character powers hindered in any way in regards to the elements? (will magic shields work to protect/shelter from the rain, for example). thanks! sorry for the weird initial question...
