I think this is the right place for this, smack me if not... just asking to be sure since we have had special notes about when drops came into effect before! If a character is dropped now, in the usual team transfer mechanic way, do we consider them ICly gone immediately, or do we consider them still technically around because of all the teams in Oska? Thank you!
