Giovanni has no strong feelings one way or another about cats...but seeing as he has a Kerberos Spine implanted into him which contains a dog-entity-thing (this manga is weird, don't ask questions) and kind of identifies as a dog (albeit not of the literal variety) the cats are going to be none to fond of him-- suspicion and sometimes outright hostility is a go! If anyone wants to help defuse prickly situations involving him and cats then that'd be fun.

Other than that, and somewhat because of it, he'll be keeping out of the way for the most part, resting up after the last mission and sticking to quiet out of the way spots. Some relatively chill threads would be cool after all the angst of the last mission!

He'll probably prowl around at night, BUT on top of that (which is something he usually does) he can also be found chilling in the meadow (flowers!) and in the hot springs (fewer cats in the water!).
