APP POLICY CHANGES

Hello Futuros and potential applicants!

As discussed, we will be switching back to an 80-character cap following our experiment with a 75-player cap! What this means is that there will be a maximum of 80 characters in the game at any time, regardless of who is playing them.

After discussion, we have also decided to roll back to a two-character cap per player in order to keep the game at a smaller, more manageable size and allow for more new blood! This means that players will no longer be able to app third characters, but don't worry -- if you currently have three characters, they will be grandfathered in, and only two of them will count towards the cap.

Effective immediately, new apps will not be accepted until the queue is empty. In other words, apps are currently closed.

What this means for players in queue right now:

We will continue to keep the cap set at 75 players until the queue runs out. This means that if you are currently in queue, your app will be processed as space allows.

What this means for current players:

You will not be able to app a second until the queue is cleared and we reopen apps.
We are currently at 92 characters. After apps are reopened, you may submit an app but they will not be processed until the character count dips below the 80-character cap.
If apping a second character, we will require four AC-length threads per month from the past two months, for a total of eight threads. You may submit proofs you have used for AC or Bonus AC.
You may no longer app third characters. If you currently have a third character, you will be able to keep them grandfathered in. Grandfathered third characters will not count toward the 80-character cap.

What this means for potential applicants:

Applications will not be accepted until our current queue is cleared out. New players and current players will all be sorted into a single queue.
